At ThreadKatha, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

 Completely handmade products and generally non returnable, but we accept return or refunds under some critical conditions which are - 

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized crochet products
  • Personalized orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • Workshop registrations and event bookings
  • Gift-wrapped products
  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

As each item is handmade, slight variations in size, color, shape, or finishing are considered normal and are not grounds for return. 

Refund Process

 Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share:

    • Order number
    • Photographs of the product
    • Photographs of the packaging
  3. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.

Once a handmade product has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For custom or personalized orders, cancellations may not be possible after work has started.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
