All ThreadKatha products are handmade with care. Orders are processed within 9–10 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design. We request customers to confirm their custom orders earlier.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer Pan India Shipping. Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners to most locations across India.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes:
- Metro Cities: 7–8 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 9–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 12-14 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. If extra cost is needed then customer will get informed.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ThreadKatha cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ThreadKatha will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
